- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
- Returns
Because we work with third-party suppliers and ship directly from warehouses, we currently accept returns only for the following reasons:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived not as described.
If any of these apply, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A short description of the issue

- Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
